Leap Books DAY OF THE READ Giveaway Contest

Fall2016banner

Here at Leap, we’re big fans of the mysterious, the supernatural, the unexplained, folklore, mythology, urban legends, and generally thrilling reads. Just skim through our roster of titles and you’ll see for yourself. To celebrate our titles, as well as those that have fostered and inspired us, we’ve decided to hold a special Halloweenish themed contest. We’ll be giving away a total of 23 FANGtastic Leap Books titles.

Winners will be announced on November 1st – the Day of the Dead…hence the contest name:

THE DAY OF THE READ

If you’re a fan of young adult and middle grade horror / thriller fiction, you’ll want in.

How does it work?

You can enter the contest via the Rafflecopter link at the end of this post, just tell us about the scariest books you’ve read (can be any title from picture book, MG, YA, to adult fiction – a classic or contemporary – doesn’t matter, we just want to spread the love of the horror / thriller genres) and you’ll automatically be entered. Also, each time you Facebook share or retweet our contest info promos…that is considered another viable entry.

Easy peasy, right?

What are we giving away?

Books, of course! We have TWO different grand prizes up for grabs, one is specially for libraries or library staff – which features print editions of our titles, and the other is for everyone else – which features a mix of print, ebook, and audiobook editions.

Why the different prize bundles?

We’d love to see more Leap Books titles on library shelves where they can be shared again and again…so…we’re offering print editions to the gatekeepers of the horror/thriller fiction genres.

LIBRARIES / LIBRARY STAFF BUNDLE

One bundle of print editions will be given to a single lucky library or library staff member. See the image below for the featured titles:

Stephen King’s Needful Things By far the most disturbing book I’ve read. Made me have more sleepless nights than any other book I’ve read!

All from the master of horror, Stephen King. I grew up reading his books, It, The Stand, Cujo, The Regulators, and many more. I started reading his books when I was 15 years old and they did scare me. I switched to YA and MG fantasy after that stage. 😀
